After agreeing to a sale with the salesman Kenny, another salesmen supposedly decided to sell vehicle from under me 1 hour before my appointment to finalize the sale. This is after several calls from my bank salesmen supposedly decided to sell vehicle from under me 1 hour before my appointment to finalize the sale. This is after several calls from my bank in attempts to close the loan. The miscommunication in this dealership is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone. More

Kenny was the absolute best! We had been searching for the perfect mid size SUV for what felt like forever. Right when we pulled up he greeted us with a smile and some humor. A1 Service Came in just to window shop for a Ram and ended up leaving with one the very next day. Greg was absolutely amazing, professional and patient. Before I officially signed paperwork I threw several down payment scenarios at Greg and through my many questions, he was there to provide an answer with no pressure at all. Here it is 5 mos later and I still look outside my window in awe of my Ram parked in my driveway. I'll definitely continue to do business with Greg & have made him aware my next vehicle will be another Ram!!! More

scheduled test drive Found a couple of town and country vans on line. After talking to 2 different people an appointment was made to "test drive" these vehicles. I was tol Found a couple of town and country vans on line. After talking to 2 different people an appointment was made to "test drive" these vehicles. I was told to see a particular salesperson and upon arrival for my appointment I discovered that neither of the vans were at that dealership. Think I was angry? The manager did his best to rectify the situation but the damage was already done. This is an example of a broken system and the communications are lacking to put it mildly. Incidentally and astonishingly, I kept my composure and never used any foul language even though I could have. Very upsetting experience. More
