I had a very good overall experience purchasing my 2024 Sentra SR with my primary contact, Kenny Wright and salesperson Tobic Edouard. The biggest factor in my purchase was Kenny's customer service and up Sentra SR with my primary contact, Kenny Wright and salesperson Tobic Edouard. The biggest factor in my purchase was Kenny's customer service and up-front pricing. While I did not feel it was the best price possible, it was acceptable and I went with it to avoid traveling to another dealer that was further but which had better negotiated price and package. One thing that stood out the most in an otherwise purely transactional deal is that we asked at every stage and from every contact throughout the sale process: what do you do for a loyal Nissan customer of over 26+ years? My family and I have been purchasing Nissans from many dealers over these years. In each case, there was little or no acknowledgement, which was thoroughly disappointing. Beside our relationship with Kenny, there would be little to nothing to differentiate Sutherlin from other Nissan dealers when we decide to purchase another vehicle in the next year. Except for this and that the overall process could be quicker than the 4-5 hours for a straightforward deal, the staff and experience was good. Thanks. More

I love the car, but was not happy with the lack of follow through after the vehicle was purchased. It took almost a month to get the items on the “we owe you”. I drove over an hour to the dealership on a few through after the vehicle was purchased. It took almost a month to get the items on the “we owe you”. I drove over an hour to the dealership on a few occasions and it took talking to multiple people to finally get the item shipped. In addition, the fluids weren’t even topped off on my vehicle. I wasn’t shown how to use the Nissan app even though I had to sign a paper that stated that someone taught me about it. I wasn’t shown a lot of the features of the vehicle, but had to look them up myself. More
