All those feelings were totally unwarranted at this dealership. Our salesman, Kent Viscovi, made this a completely stress-free experience. He was personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He answered all our questions, reassured all our doubts, and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. He explained all our options clearly and made many viable suggestions. Most of all he worked with manager Kyle Cadolino to give us what we felt was a very fair price. Most importantly... We never felt pressured or rushed. We were able to take our time considering various offers and were quite pleased with the outcome. I complimented them on many of these points and they said they were trying to do things differently. I feel like they have certainly succeeded. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone considering the purchase of a new Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep. More
