Kenzie Hughes was great! Very happy and polite personality and very professional. The technician did list some things recommended and she pointed them out (which is fine), but absolutely no pressure of any kind to schedule the items. I've been a mechanic for many, many years and fully realize what "Needs" o be done versus "What dealer recommends".
