I called Brandy in the Service Center..She was comforting.. I stopped worrying.. She kept me updated and was reassuring. When I picked up my car, the Service Cashiers were friendly and professional. The young man that delivered my car offered to drive my car out of the garage..He was courteous and opened the door for me. I enjoy the service I receive every time I walk into the dealership. Brandy has been my service advisor for so many years. She never changed her attitude always positive and good vibe. I love seeing her when I walk into the service department. She always asks the right questions and offers all the necessary services that my car needs. She never tries to sell me any services I don’t need. She always remembers to ask about my family and my parents and relates easily. She makes sure that I am comfortable if I am waiting for my car or makes sure I get a loner to utilise my time as a busy mom. I have been to other dealerships but I never experienced this level of service out of any other dealership (including other BWM dealerships) I really appreciate your customer service Brandy!
