I was not looking forward to the hassle of purchasing a new commercial van. Mr. Bancroft and the team at Empire Ford made the process not only easy, but enjoyable. I spent a lot of money on my Ford 150 and was extremely disappointed to be told I would have to pay for a second key fob because Kevin could not find it. My wife bought a Mercedes GLB 450 with 2 keys and a full tank of gas through Carmax at the same time I bought the F150, which I paid a considerable lot more for. She also discovered there was no manual, contacted Carmax and they ordered her one free of charge. She in my opinion was treated pre like a valuable customer than I was. I left the dealership with not even half a tank of gas and a sorry we.dont have a second key fob for you, but if you want one, we know a company who will cut you one for $250 More
