This dealership is a joke. They are unprofessional and deceitful. The worst set of professionals I have come across. They never kept to their promise even once. I went to Nissan Newnan and paid for a Nissan Qx80 2017. Just before I drove the car off the lot I realized the windshield has a crack and there were no mats in the car. I went back in, to report what I noticed. The manager was called I Informed him what I noticed. He asked me didn’t you test drive the car ?I told him I didn’t want the car and l wanted my money back. I asked him if they had disclosed the crack to me. He just starred at me and said take the car with you and bring it back we will take care of it.I Insisted I wanted my checks back. After a long back and forth I left the car and my husband returned to the dealership on a different day and picked up the checks. They had given me a voucher promising to get the mats for the car. Few days after the salesman sent me a text informing me that everything that l wanted done on the car has been done. He said if I am still interested l should come buy the car. Needless to say l didn’t want to deal with this people any longer. I was ready to take the checks back to the bank. My husband didn’t want to go out shopping again so he decided if they have done everything he will go get the car. I was totally against it. He insisted and went without me to purchase the car. He picked up the car without the mats. He was informed that they have ordered the mats and they should be in shortly and they will call us. It has been almost two months. I have called at least six times no one returns my calls. I left messages for the managers to call me back. However, none of the managers has returned my calls. I spoke to the salesman Kevin who told me it is not his duty to order the mats and that he has informed the managers about it. It is not over yet between Nissan Newnan and l, until l get the mats for my car. Please don’t mess with these jokers. There are many other dealerships that will treat you with respect at least for spending your money at their dealership. I am very very disgusted and disappointed with this dealership. What I noticed is a manager responds to a bad review and he promises to do right by that customer. He leaves a contact number that goes through the operator . The customer leaves a message and no one returns the call. Basically deceiving the public that they take care of their unhappy customers. Do not respond to this review if you are not truly ready to fix the problem. I will advise you provide my mats because I am ready to join you drag this as far as we all can get. More

Went in to buy my wife a new car and was greeted my Norm who immediately acknowledged us and went to work right away for us. He treated us like family while professional as well. I called on Friday and told them I was interested in a used Maxima with 77,000 miles. I told Derrick I would want to to take the car to my mechanic 35 minutes a way to have him look over the car given its age and miles. "No problem" was his reply. I go in today to test drive it. I tell KD I have an appointment with my mechanic for Monday at 2:00. He indicates he'll have to ask the manager. I tell him Derrick has already told me I could. "Derrick is not a manager." I receive a text a few minutes ago that the manager says I can bring my mechanic there and have him look at it on the rack. Sounds good, but the problem is a mechanic needs to do more than just look at it on the rack. Plus, they know a mechanic is going to leave his business to come to another place to look at a car. As many have said in the reviews. They just want to get you to the dealership. Don't trust them. More
