My Sierra Honda service writer, Kevin Eng, handled my 2020 Honda Odyssey service appointment with ease. Kevin gave me an accurate estimate, explained exactly which services would be performed, answered a 2020 Honda Odyssey service appointment with ease. Kevin gave me an accurate estimate, explained exactly which services would be performed, answered all my questions, and kept me informed. I needed my car by a particular time, and Kevin worked with the service technicians to make it happen. I really appreciate Kevin's attention to my scheduling and quality needs. I love SIERRA HONDA! Kevin Eng was very helpful when I took my car in to get serviced. I was passed around from advisor to advisor until Kevin Eng was able to help me. Very polite and he knows his stuff. I am finding the Sierra Honda service is improving. I bought my HRV 2018 and started going to this Sierra for any problems/maintenance. Old experiences (twice) for oil changed and others, I drove off a I bought my HRV 2018 and started going to this Sierra for any problems/maintenance. Old experiences (twice) for oil changed and others, I drove off and found maintenance light was still on. Geezz, I drove back again to Sierra. At this time of service, Kevin Eng who assisted me was helpful and friendly. Due to his friendliness, I ended up getting him a caramel machiatto, Starbucks. (his favorite). More

Was having trouble with my car not starting up consistently. Had been putting off bringing it in for about a month and am glad I finally came in. Kevin was great to work with and was able to arran consistently. Had been putting off bringing it in for about a month and am glad I finally came in. Kevin was great to work with and was able to arrange Lyft rides to take me to and from the service center. Turns out the repair was also covered under my warranty. The Monrovia dealership was a bit further away than I'd typically go, but glad I did. More
