What truly set Jose apart was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible deal, working closely with their team to find promotions and discounts that aligned with my budget. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Throughout the leasing process, Dan and Jose displayed a high level of transparency and integrity. They walked me through all the paperwork, explaining every detail and making sure I was comfortable with the terms of the lease. It's evident that Dan and Jose genuinely cares about their customers and strives to build long-lasting relationships. In conclusion, I cannot recommend getting a car at Honda DTLA enough.
