When I went for my first servicing as I have an upcoming long trip so that it is ready of my trip. The service center guy was first ready to take my car for servicing and all but then he check the oil life long trip so that it is ready of my trip. The service center guy was first ready to take my car for servicing and all but then he check the oil life and he denied saying it is on 50% and we only take servicing when it is 20%. I am having unlimited servicing with Acura for 2 yrs so I don't understand why I was denied the basic first servicing of my car irrespective of xyz miles or oil life on my car. Also, if you have such criteria then you should clearly ask all these questions while booking an appointment. You booked my appointment and I drive 30 mins on a workday managing my meetings and then you deny to take my car for servicing. This is not expected. I had a really great experience with the sales department when I purchased my car. But today's experience with the service center was really disappointing. I hope this review will be helpful for others too. More

I've been at this dealership several times before and never had issues like this. This is over the coarse of 3 seperate visits over the past 6 weeks and my experience has been horrible. Our advisor wa never had issues like this. This is over the coarse of 3 seperate visits over the past 6 weeks and my experience has been horrible. Our advisor was with Kevin G. The first visit was for the brake sensor. It was just engaging like when driving into the garage or on a road with no other vehicle. After 3 hours I had to ask him for an updated. He had to get back to me and then he said they couldn't find anything wrong with the ABS but recommended work for the fuel injector and transmission. After a month we were in a near collision accident and discovered that the blind spot sensors were not working correctly. I made another appt and I made it with another advisor. That advisor redirected us back to Kevin. The second visit took 6+ hours where he had them look at the brakes again and didn't have them address the issue with the sensors regarding the blind spot. Kevin was driven in thr Acura where he saw how the blind spot sensors were not functioning correctly. We brought the car back 2 days later to look at the sensors. After another 6+ hours he said the sensors were all testing correctly and that the technician had no recommendations. Mind you we had to call him every 3 hours or so to get an update on the car or if they found anything. After 3 visits over 15+hours even though he saw the issues there is no recommendation? You were my goto dealership. We drove 40 min each way to go to your dealership. I helped my mother purchase a car with you as well. Acura of Pembroke Pines this is one of the worst experiences I've had with a service center and my car still has issues More
