Great and knowledgeable staff. Very hassle-free and very courteous. They followed-up a few days later to make sure everything was good with the car and if I had any other questions. After reading Kevin's reviews, it's obvious that he's popular and highly regarded by his customers. I can add to that, since my experience with him was also very satisfactory. He is courteous and patie popular and highly regarded by his customers. I can add to that, since my experience with him was also very satisfactory. He is courteous and patient (explaining electronic controls!) and also has a very professional manner and appearance. I appreciated fast work in getting numbers during our negotiations, without that ridiculous back and forth that is common with so many other dealers. I also want to put in a good word for Steven and Jazz(?) who were patient and helpful when I visited before Kevin's working hours. It looks like quality staff is the norm here. I've had my new SUV almost two months and I'm very happy with it. More

I was with my family for a few weeks at Volvo in Weston to look for a model that would meet our need and actually deciding which car we wanted took a while, however Kevin was super patient and attentive to to look for a model that would meet our need and actually deciding which car we wanted took a while, however Kevin was super patient and attentive to us.
