We have owned Chevy's (3), Oldsmobile (1), Chrysler (1) Ford (2) VW (1)and most recently a Honda. I kept reading all the reviews about Subaru's safety features and AWD features and just had to check them out when we needed to replace our truck. I went to Tucson Subaru and was immediately greeted by Kevin Gribble who showed me a lot of respect and valued my questions, all of which he was able to answer. His knowledge of the vehicles he is selling is amazing! I told him we had an appointment the next morning at another car dealership and we would come in after. He gladly offered to meet with us that evening, staying late past his scheduled time. We met with him that night, my husband test drove the Forester and the rest is history! We never went to the other dealership the next morning but rather went back and ordered our new Subaru. Our car was delivered exactly when they said it would be, the finance manager and Kevin treated us so very special and efficiently and we drove our new car home! Two days later, my husband took it to northern Arizona on a test run in the mountains and it performed perfectly, meeting all my husband's expectations. He called and said,." I love my Subaru!" He has thanked me for suggesting we "just check out a Subaru". We look forward to a long relationship with Tucson Subaru and Kevin. More

I walked into Tucson Subaru fully ready to defend myself against a swarm of salesman trying to bombard me with useless information about all of the reasons I should buy their product. I was browsing the selection of 2014 Crosstreks, when I was approached by Kevin G. We talked for a few minutes about the different Crosstrek models, and within about 15 minutes I was test driving one on River Road. Long story short, I fell in love with the car, and within an hour I had signed an agreement to buy the car I picked out, which was currently en route, once it arrived. Fast forward about five days, and I was driving home in my brand new Subaru Crosstrek, with a lower APR than I was expecting! Thank you so much to Tucson Subaru, and Kevin G for this positive car buying experience, which was so unlike any of my previous experiences! More

He found out what I did and did not want in a car and showed me several options that met my needs. We test drove several cars. Kevin was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. When ready to negotiate, Kevin was great. I never felt like he was "pulling one over" on me and we came to a fair agreement - I felt like we got a great deal with the Subaru! I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a Subaru, new or used. More

I walked into the Subaru dealership (one of the nine dealerships around town that I visited) and was greeted by Kevin. After looking at many other cars, and at all higher prices, I stuck with Kevin and the Subaru, knowing that it was absolutely the best deal I would find in town. Upon arrival at Tucson Subaru, we found ourselves at their March grand opening of their new location. WOW! A new facility well stocked with new inventory ready for delivery! Our sales representative, Kevin Gribble, gave us our first experience of the Forrester behind the wheel . He shared the many features and was very articulate and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
