This is the fourth car I bought from Kevin in the last four years. He is a consummate professional. My wife, who first went to a family member at Imperial Toyota, was given the run-around by this family four years. He is a consummate professional. He took us in to his office and in one-hour we signed the paperwork. It should be noted that Kevin is the internet sales manager. Although some correspondence is done online via emails, Kevin met me each time and was always true to his word. More

My husband communicated back & forth over a two-week period via e-mail with Kevin Hamlin at Toyota Town of Stockton. We'd been looking at & pricing cars for about a month, & the price he offered us for period via e-mail with Kevin Hamlin at Toyota Town of Stockton. We'd been looking at & pricing cars for about a month, & the price he offered us for the car we wanted (a 2014 Avalon Hybrid) was lower than all other dealers we'd visited online & in person while looking for the exact same vehicle. He was surprisingly easy to deal with---no haggling at all over small details (or large ones, either). THE PRICE HE QUOTED WAS THE PRICE WE GOT. He was willing to search for the color of the car we wanted with the interior that we liked, & he found the car in about a week. It was obvious from the beginning that he was completely knowledgeable about the car we wanted, the dealership he works for, & that he had the authority to make decisions without continually running into another room to ask someone higher up for permission to make a deal. He seemed to be a devoted family man, and a person who has integrity in his personal life most likely carries that same integrity into his business life as well. We have no doubt that Kevin Hamlin is such a man. It was a distinct pleasure doing business with him and Toyota Town of Stockton. More

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from Toyota Town of Stockton on March 7, 2014. We received great customer service for Kevin Hamlin. He walk us through all the options the Camry had. He made sure we had a understanding of what we were getting. Kevin never tried to talk us into something we did not like or unwanted options. we were treated with respect. We were taken on many test drives until we found the car we wanted. Kevin was able to negotiate a great price for us. He also made sure are car was washed and full of gas before we took it home. (a big plus) This is the second car we purchased from Toyota Town. Thanks again Kevin. More

We have always been treated with respect and dignity in all of our dealings with Toyota Town. Looking for a vehicle online, we received a call from Kevin Hamlin, Internet Sales Director. We made arrangements to meet with him the following day. Kevin asked several questions of my husband when he called and had a vehicle waiting for us to see and test drive when we arrived. We truly appreciated his friendly demeanor and kind, respectful treatment. I, especially, am appreciative of the consideration and kindness shown to my husband, who is ill. Kevin treated us with respect and patience, even when I was asking one of my many uninformed questions. Even though I did extensive research on the Internet, I am still very much a novice when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. This gentleman has the patience of a saint! Kevin had an accurate knowledge of our wants v. our needs, and he did not try to pressure us into a more expensive vehicle; nor did he try to pressure us into purchasing the vehicle he presented for our consideration. As I said previously, we have done business with Toyota Town since the mid-1980's, when we purchased our SR5 truck. Although all of our experiences with Toyota Town have been pleasant, this was, by far, the most pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle; everything was explained to us, every question answered no matter how inconsequential or trivial, it may have seemed to a professional. Yes! We did purchase the 2013 RAV4 LE Kevin had waiting for us, which takes us to the Finance Department, where we were introduced to Aaron, who completed the sales process for us; another very kind, pleasant and considerate individual. When you get to the Finance Officer, you're heart can sometimes skip a beat, as you begin wondering all over again - Am I getting a good deal? Do I really know what I'm doing? What am I doing here? What a great team of professionals! Aaron presented a pleasant, no pressure demeanor making us feel at ease, as we completed signing ALL the paperwork. Again, what a pleasant experience! By now, we had taken up four hours of their very valuable time, which leads me to one last thing, my husband had an appointment and was unable to drive our other vehicle home. No problem! Aaron reached out to have someone drive our new RAV4 home. We were aware this was a last minute hardship, but with a smile Kevin helped to facilitate the arrangements. I apologize for not remembering the names of the two gentlemen who assisted us, but both were pleasant, caring and, again, very kind, pleasant and considerate. Of course this accommodation meant one gentleman followed me as I dropped my husband off for his appointment, while the other gentleman waited at our home for us to arrive. I know there are other dealerships and many other vehicles from which to choose (in fact, we considered others), but in the end we went back to Toyota Town and have no regrets! Toyota Town knew how to treat its clients in the mid-1980's and, if possible, they treat their clients even better today. Gentleman, please be glad my husband had an appointment, as you put us in such a comfort zone, it was as though we were having a conversation with old friends AND we might still be sitting in your offices How does one say thank you to ALL who made our experience so enjoyable, stress-free, and treated us both, especially my husband, with so much kindness and respect other than to just say thank you? We just purchased a 2013 Blizzard Pearl Toyota V-6 Venza XLE on May 30, 2013 from Toyota Town of Stockton, California. We have to commend Kevin Hamlin for giving us one of our best, easiest, courteous & most pleasant car buying experiences. We want to recommend Kevin Hamlin from Toyota Town of Stockton for a wonderful, personable vehicle purchasing experience. My wife and I had been looking to purchase a Toyota Venza. We went to check the Venza’s out and test drive one. We really liked the spaciousness, drivability and accessory options in the Venza XLE, but we found out the color white was not available, it was a special order. None of the Venza’s on the lot had the color, interior or accessories my wife wanted, and she was not going to be pressured into buying something she did not want. We also wanted the Costco price. She realized she was going to have to order a Venza to get all her options. I helped her research on the internet. I found the Kelly blue book website where she could put all the options & accessories she wanted on the Toyota Venza and ask for a quote from 3 dealerships. Before she could even print out the information, Kevin Hamlin from Toyota Town of Stockton called us. He was very polite in asking her exactly what options she was looking for in the Toyota Venza she wanted to purchase. He was patient and thorough in listening to her request for the Venza XLE, V-6, FWD, exterior color, interior color & accessories she wanted on the new vehicle. He confirmed all the information and within an hour was calling us back to say he found one. He set up an appointment with us to discuss all the details and price. He actually wanted us to go over what information we found in our research on the Toyota Venza, as we wanted the Costco price. There was no pressure to purchase something we did not want. We negotiated a great price, hassle free. All we had to do was wait for the vehicle to arrive to the dealership. When our Venza arrived at the Stockton Toyota Dealership, Kevin called us to let us know. He had ordered all our accessory parts and gave us updates on when the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. On the day it was ready Kevin went over all the vehicle and accessories with us to confirm everything to our satisfaction. Our 2013 Blizzard Pearl Toyota Venza XLE V-6 was worth the wait. Kevin and his team had the car, style, make with accessories delivered to the dealership. Once there the experience I had purchasing the car was bar none the best. We usually hate vehicle shopping so this has a fairy tale ending. We knew what we wanted and researched prices online. When we clicked on the Internet sales for other dealers, they wouldn't proceed without ending. We knew what we wanted and researched prices online. When we clicked on the Internet sales for other dealers, they wouldn't proceed without a phone number, but Kevin emailed us right away and worked with us that way straight through, which was our preference. He found a better vehicle than we had in mind for a better price than we expected and no xxxxxx business. We came in with our own financing, but Jeff in loans found us as good a rate at the closing without the extra fee. We were in and out in two hours. This was the smoothest experience we have had with a new vehicle experience. Kudos to all who made it happen! P.S. A different dealership we had tried had four different people calling us on the phone instead of working with us by email--just what we did not want to happen! They started out saying they couldn't give us what we wanted and trying to talk us into something else. Then, two days later, after we came home from Stockton happy, there was a phone message from a manager saying they thought they could match our needs...Just why we usually hate vehicle shopping. More
