The staff were all very accommodating and made what has been in the past a tense and stressful experience as easy as possible. Our Client Advisor Kevin Hemmis was very informative and knowledgeable about BMW's product offerings and just simply made the whole experience very positive on what was a gloomy, rainy night. We returned the next day to visit with Jon Saunders to review the features of the car and found him to be very knowledgeable about the features of the car. All in all, I would highly recommend the Dealership for your BMW purchase. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to Mr. Maloney, the GM for his graciousness on Saturday. More

Great buying experience! I contacted BMW of Catonsville about a M3 that they had in inventory. Kevin Hemmis handled my call and he had no problem answering all my questions an I contacted BMW of Catonsville about a M3 that they had in inventory. Kevin Hemmis handled my call and he had no problem answering all my questions and even walked out to the lot in the cold to answer some of my more detailed questions. When I showed up, Kevin had it out front ready for a test drive!
