Frankly, this service visit was pretty disappointing. I should not have to provide instruction on the proper installation of wheels on a dually. The wheels were installed incorrectly necessitating a le I should not have to provide instruction on the proper installation of wheels on a dually. The wheels were installed incorrectly necessitating a lengthy delay while the tech corrected the issue. The state inspection paperwork should be in the vehicle. The fuel filter was changed but the DIC indicator was not reset (the oil filter indicator was reset). I do not understand what service procedure required changing the settings on my radio. The tech should be servicing the truck not listening to tunes. Perhaps the shop supervisor (or some other qualified individual) should spend more time on QC and training. That would reduce the amount of rework thus speeding the flow through the bays and everyone have shorter wait times. More

As always, an easy intake process, very comfortable waiting area, friendly staff and quick service. Had a large screw/bolt that went through my tire. Kevin was nice but wasn’t very informative. I had keep asking questions for him to provide any answers or feedback. I dropped my car off and immediately told me to go to the rental place withou I had keep asking questions for him to provide any answers or feedback. I dropped my car off and immediately told me to go to the rental place without sharing costs or timelines of when my service would be completed. When my car was finished, Kevin called and said, “Your car is ready”. No feedback or what was worked. Also, I would have thought that this dealership would give a complimentary wash for cars getting serviced. Ladies at the checkout were very nice. Overall, the service seemed lackluster based on the service techs limited information and feedback. More

Kevin never answers the phone when he says to call him if you need him. I had 2 employees at the dealership tell me not to ask for Kevin because doesn't take care of his customers. Also he put me in a rental car the second time I brought the truck in that week and they charged me $1.12 for gas!!!! For REAL how would you feel? How do you even measure that? I am not happy! More

They were able to schedule my appointment very quickly. They explain what they needed to do on my car. It did not take long for them to provide the service. The buying experience was Great. The service experience so far has been less than desirable. I think the biggest issue is the service advisor I been assigned to. He never answers the phone and the only way to reach him is to have someone hand deliver a note with your name and phone number on it. I had 3 employees tell me not to use Kevin, that I should request another advisor. I talked with the service manager and I trust he will take whatever measures he needs to correct it for the next customer! More

Prior to bringing vehicle in I confirmed with the service department that they would perform a track alignment on my ZL1 1LE. After bringing the vehicle in they refused to perform track alignment per Chevrol department that they would perform a track alignment on my ZL1 1LE.
