Kevin always responded in a timely fashion and was very professional without being high pressure. I ultimately decided on a new XLE Highlander and am pleased with the entire experience. Everyone I encountered at the dealership from Joji to Robert was very friendly and professional and made me feel at home without the pressure to buy. Finally, the price of the new vehicle was fair and the price they gave me on my trade-in was fair so my wife and I left with our new vehicle very happy.
