ordered vehicle 12/2021 with accessories went to pick it up 02/2022 none of the accessories where ordered or dealer installed had to wait another week for them to be ordered and installed. Still waiting (03 up 02/2022 none of the accessories where ordered or dealer installed had to wait another week for them to be ordered and installed. Still waiting (03?2022)for 2 accessories to be installed one of which is a factory installed item. i have an extended warranty and am wondering what the service department is like. otherwise all the people that i have had contact with at the dealership have been very professional. More

VERY pleasant and smooth new 2022 Ascent purchase. Knowledgeable and professional- no hiccups. I flew in to get my new car and Dan even picked me up at the airport. Nice people, great experience. They also went above and beyond to get the seat back protector right. Super customer service. As a woman visiting a dealership and purchasing my own car, I've had every kind of experience, both good but mainly not so great. The folks at Crews Subaru of Charleston really provided a pleasant experience for this new car purchase which was very much appreciated. I felt like an important customer and I’ll be back for the next one! More

This team is amazing! They go the extra mile to make sure you have a great buying experience. Our sales representative, Aaron, was incredibly helpful but never overbearing.
