My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the purchase of our new 2014 Outback. Our experience with Brian and Kyle who handled our purchase and trade in was great. I experienced excellent service and attention to my needs at Gateway Subaru. In addition to the quality of the new car I purchased (this is my fourth Subaru), the reputation of the dealership was the determi at Gateway Subaru. In addition to the quality of the new car I purchased (this is my fourth Subaru), the reputation of the dealership was the determining factor in my decision to purchase my new Crosstrek instead of a Nissan or Toyota. In the short time Gateway has been in Salisbury, it has definitely established itself as the best in town! Keep hiring down-to-earth, professionals like Kevin Miller and Brian Kang. I do not believe that either my wife (for whom the car was purchased) or myself have ever encountered such a pleasurable experience when purchasing an automobile, or for that matter, any other significant was purchased) or myself have ever encountered such a pleasurable experience when purchasing an automobile, or for that matter, any other significant purchase, such as our new home. The bulk of the credit has to go to Kevin Miller who made our experience so memorable in that he addressed ALL our concerns/questions as well as demonstrating significant product knowledge. No pressure was put upon us to sign anything until we were ready to make the decision to buy. When it comes time to buy our next Subaru, we will most assuredly come to Gateway. Additionally, we want to mention the wonderful experience we had with Wendy Schiavone when preparing the documents for the actual purchase and her complete explanation of what was meant by all those insidious documents a financier is required to give to a purchaser. A job well done by all. More

I was not sure if I could even get a car when my other car was totaled and I was in a low credit situation. I have never been treated so fairly and honestly by anyone. This is the only dealer/Kevin that car was totaled and I was in a low credit situation. I have never been treated so fairly and honestly by anyone. This is the only dealer/Kevin that showed me cars that were at or below what I could afford a month. Would have have been happy with one but I had over 6 choices and got a fantastic car and can afford it. I put Kevin and Wendy at the highest honors not only for results but the honesty. More

I have to say 1st I hate shopping for cars. I feel like the sales people aren't friendly and very pushy, so I wasn't thrilled to go there. Kyle very quickly changed my outlook on dealers! HE WAS WONDERFUL! the sales people aren't friendly and very pushy, so I wasn't thrilled to go there. Kyle very quickly changed my outlook on dealers! HE WAS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!! I went to Gateway to look at a Nissan and he was very informative & helpful. I test drove it & loved it. He definitely felt like a friend I was dealing with not a dealer. We decided to take our time making sure I bought what I truly wanted not an impulse buy. The next day I was recommended to look at a couple different cars because of the safety rating. They knew I was looking for a car specifically for my 6 & 1 year old nieces. At first I thought they were just trying to get me to buy a Subaru. Wendy, Crystal, Brian & Kyle all have a Subaru. I was impressed that so many of them drive them and the way they talked about them I knew they really liked the cars. So I tried a Legacy and now I have bought my very 1st Subaru and it will definitely not be the last. They made me feel so comfortable that I had to bring my nieces and bff to meet everyone. It was just a family atmosphere!!!! I will definitely go back to them. If you are looking for people who like what they do and really care about what someone needs in a vehicle they are the place to go! Thanks guys so much!!!!!!! I really appreciate the time and care you took with my family. I love my car & can't wait to buy another one!!!!!!!!!!!! More
