I have been coming to this shop since 2019. The staff management and all technicians have been nothing but the best I've been nothing but the best. I would not recommend no other shop outside o The staff management and all technicians have been nothing but the best I've been nothing but the best. I would not recommend no other shop outside of southern Africa of Newport News if you live on this side of the water to get your car replaced repaired and or diagnostic proper maintenance. I thank God for the staff I thank God for the management and I thank God for the new ownership of this dealership. I recommend this shop to all of my family and friends and anybody that may read this. If you're looking for a clean near waiting area, or if you looking for technicians that take pride in their work, or if you looking for sales reps with respect courtesy politeness as well as patients this is the shop to go to Southern Accra of Newport News Virginia. Very well treated in that the dealer rebuilt my mirror to save me the high cost of a new assembly. When finding ut would take too long for a wait appointment they gave me a beautiful new loaner almost identi save me the high cost of a new assembly. Car was in shop for 3and 1/2 days: sales did not offer a trade in quote; service focused on safety recall for Acura, but failed to do my written requests for a state inspection and car wash. Had to sign thr trade in quote; service focused on safety recall for Acura, but failed to do my written requests for a state inspection and car wash. Had to sign three documents on my iPhone to get car keys for loaner but no one explained it was a rental. Management cleverly charged me $8 for using my credit card. Kevin was great but had no support. Dealer had very low gas in my loaner car but wanted to charge over $5 a gallon to refill less than two gallons. We did not buy a new Acura but we did sell our 2019 MDX Sport--our third and last Acura. Went to another dealer and bought another brand. More
