Brought truck for service with expensive concerns. Justin (service manager) went above and beyond to assure me, everything is correct. Checked transmission as drive train warranty is almost up. Found metal shavings in pan and was able to repair under warranty. Most service may not have looked beyond scanning for codes and test driving. Beck Ram worked endlessly to make me feel like my concerns mattered. They are professional, up front, and care about doing things the correct way.
