Alan Lopez contacted me within several minutes of an online request for price quote. He contacted me via email & text msg. We texted briefly, he sent me some pricing, then he called. After 2 or 3 calls to clarify my vehicle choice & options. We agreed on a purchase. 3 days later he contacted me the car was detailed and ready for pickup. He had all the paperwork ready, I was in & out in less then 2 hours. Alan was fair and easy to deal with. The easiest car I have ever leased. Knew what I wanted and Alan made the deal. Would highly recommend this dealership. No hard sell. Just willing to work with me to get what we both wanted. More

I've been to other dealerships with other people and definitely experienced pushy salesmen and shady ones and others who just ignore everything you say cause they just want to make a sale, but this was definitely experienced pushy salesmen and shady ones and others who just ignore everything you say cause they just want to make a sale, but this was my first time at a dealership for myself and it was NOTHING like those other experiences. Brandon Endrizzi was my point of contact and he was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped me find the best deal for a 2021 Mazda6. He wasn't pushy or condescending like other salesmen have been, even my gf who was with me was shocked by how friendly and helpful everyone was and how seamless the transaction was going. It was literally the easiest, fastest, and least stressful experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Also, the finance guy, Kevin Veliz, was super helpful and superrr nice and cool! He explained everything and answered every question we had. These two made the customer service at Mark Mazda @ Scottsdale the best - they have no competition. More

We recently purchased a Mazda CX-9 2021 from mark Mazda in Scottsdale. I just have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the time we walked through the doors to the sales team in Scottsdale. I just have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the time we walked through the doors to the sales team and the fiance team. David was our sales rep and all I can say is I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was very professional and approachable through out our time at the dealership. They answered all of our questions and they did not pressure us to purchase. To top it off we went in to trade our 2020 Mazda CX-9 and walked out with the 2021 cx-9 with the upgraded trim and a lower interest rate and a cheaper monthly payment. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go to Mark Mazda in Scottsdale and ask for David. More
