We made multiple unannounced visits to the Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg dealership and Erol, as well as everyone else, was always accommodating and easy going. He coordinated multiple test drives for us and graciously guided us through our "exploratory buying decision" process, as opposed to pushing his opinions and particular vehicle "features," which we may or may not have been interested in.
