Worst Car Buying Experience Ever Purchased vehicle on a Saturday and was told the vehicle would be able to be picked up on Monday; however, because I added some ad-ons, the vehicle ha Purchased vehicle on a Saturday and was told the vehicle would be able to be picked up on Monday; however, because I added some ad-ons, the vehicle had to be picked up on Tuesday which was understandable. I called at least 10 times on Tuesday to get an update on when I could pick up my vehicle as it is an hour and half round trip. No one had any answers and I was transferred call after call after call after call from Receptionist to Najee to Andrew to Cam to JC to Ivan.. to no avail. Once I was able to speak to Kerry, I was told that it wouldn't be ready to be picked up until Wednesday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and guess what, I've been calling all day long and again being transferred again multiple times from the Receptionist to Gavin to Shirley to Kerry to Jim to Isabel. The latest update is that the vehicle MIGHT be ready by 6pm today although it was promised to be delivered yesterday. To say post-purchase customer service is horrendous is an understatement. If I could leave zero stars on the review, I would; 1 is too high. The great salesmanship from Robert was destroyed by the post-purchase communication and even more poor customer service. More

Very Positive Car Buying Experience My old car died, and I needed to get another quickly. I was not looking forward to the experience until I met Ion Urry. He took such good care of me from greeting outside the door until delivery of my car at my home later that day. He is young, but very knowledgeable and capable. I would definitely refer anyone I know to see him about a car! More

Not your typical Dealer I had shopped several dealerships before going to Bountiful Toyota. At the "other" dealerships, I found the Sales People and their managers all too "t I had shopped several dealerships before going to Bountiful Toyota. At the "other" dealerships, I found the Sales People and their managers all too "typical." I can tell when they are just out to "make another sale" or if they care...really care. Keyston was informative and helpful and promised me he would take good care of me. It turns out he was right. My wife and I went to the dealership expecting a 4-5 hour "ordeal." About 2 hours after meeting this fine young man, we drove home in our Toyota Camry. It was a pleasure doing business with Keyston and the Finance Manager Cameron. I will buy all my future cars from Keyston and have recommended Toyota of Bountiful to my friends and relatives. Great job to all involved. Keyston is successful because he really cares about his customers. He has a bright future in the Auto Business, and they should make him a Trainer of other sales people. He's just a 'natural' with a good heart. 5 stars to Keyston and Bountiful Toyota. More

I had an absolutely wonderful experience I flew into Salt Lake City from California, Keystone pick me up at the airport I did a test drive on my new 4 Runner and he was wonderful to work with I flew into Salt Lake City from California, Keystone pick me up at the airport I did a test drive on my new 4 Runner and he was wonderful to work with. He supplied me with sales brochures, had my vehicle totally detailed, and off I went to the finance manager. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, both men did exactly what they said they would do and were very honest with me and kept her word. The accessories I picked out were very reasonable and sent directly to my house in a timely manner. They did not keep me long for I had to drive the vehicle back to California. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership and highly recommend them. More

Great place to buy your next new car A week ago we purchased a new Toyota FJ Cruiser from Bountiful Toyota. We'd set up an appointment to meet with Keyston Gibson and he was waiting for A week ago we purchased a new Toyota FJ Cruiser from Bountiful Toyota. We'd set up an appointment to meet with Keyston Gibson and he was waiting for us when we arrived (a 3-1/2 hour trip from Nevada), with two cars waiting for us to see, cars that met our basic criteria. There was one small glitch regarding unwanted changes made to one of the vehicles for another client, but we chose the other vehicle and are very pleased. The overall experience was a good one and we purchased a vehicle that perfectly meet our needs. Weston Bird met with us to complete the purchase and financing and we happily left the dealership with our new Cruiser. We've already recommended this dealership to friends, suggesting that they look here first before purchasing their next new car. Not only was the customer service superb, the price was absolutely the best in a three state area. A great experience and a big thanks to Keyston and Weston! We love our new car! More

He has always taken the time attentively to answer all our questions, get back with us with results, advise us on the best courses of action regarding our inquiries and request for support. Keyston has been helping us for over a month now with all of our questions, and he follows through. He is a clear example of taking care of us customers as a new member of the Toyota Bountiful family...a true asset to the strong brand of Toyota, and to us customers. We have owned several foreign and domestic vehicles, and this dealer to customer centered relationship is truly remarkable. If all representatives are like Keyston, I will continue to buy Toyota vehicles for my family, and encourage my kids as well. The positive experience we experience with our first Toyota purchase is like Disneyland...we'll make it a family brand. Just to name a few hats off efforts of Mr. Keyston: 1. Help us pick the best vehicle for our family (with a thorough knowledge of the vehicle i.e. Honda Odyssey timing belt maintenance cost at 90,000 vs. Sienna worry free timing chain.) 2. Warranty we can expect and count on on our extended 8 year and factory standard 3 year. 3. He even knew about the tire specification that the Siennas comes with 4. Explaining to us the vin number on the vehicle from which plant they came from, i.e. US or Japan 5. Explaining to us the long reliability history of the Toyota vehicles; as a matter of fact, showing us the low volume of vehicle in the maintenance bay's as the Toyota vehicles have a very low maintenance issue problem. 6. More importantly, we all know that there are certainly some things a single representative cannot control such as backlog of parts from the manufacturer, or our extremely unfortunate experience with Mr. Weston Bird, but he took it upon himself to apologize in his behalf...and made sure he stayed with our issue everyday until it was resolved. I commend Mr. Keyston Gibson and the Toyota Bountiful in their efforts to train their staff higher than most dealerships out there. If I were the owner of this dealership, I would be wise to identify such a high caliber staff that undeniably carries the owners vision forward in carrying the Toyota name forward. Tacoma purchase review I came in to look for a new Tacoma. Keyston was very helpful. He was knowledgable about the vehicle, friendly and enthusiastic.
