Appointment was on time. Kim was very professional and friendly. She wrote down my concerns and discussed solutions. After service, Kim addressed service provided, explained what services were covered under warranty and based on 2 issues I had down for servicing notified me repairs needed were not covered under warranty. (Rattle of overhead window that needed replacement foam barrier and clogged window washer. Expensive labor, but needed to be done) My Stinger is driving like a rocket with no rattling overhead window and my windshield is perfectly clean. I love this car and plan to keep it for mamy years to come. Thank you again for your excellent service. More

Kia was very helpful with the issue at hand. They covered the cost for the issue with my new car and covered the rental. Kim was great as well! The entire building has a very strong scent. For those of us who have an allergy it makes this place painful. I understand even though you have an appointment that the tech may need some time to For those of us who have an allergy it makes this place painful. I understand even though you have an appointment that the tech may need some time to get to your car but, having to ask to have it looked at within the 2-hour time frame is not something I feel I should have to do. They need to schedule efficiently and not over book the techs. Kim and the tech were great and understanding trying to get me out of there as quickly as possible but, there is not even a bench outside to sit on and wait to get out of the smell. Management should care about their customers and their comfort while spending hours waiting. More
