These people went above and beyond my expectations! They made my car buying experience so easy. We went to Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Lexington and Kernersville looking for just the right one and we left di made my car buying experience so easy. We went to Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Lexington and Kernersville looking for just the right one and we left disappointed. But Cresent Ford was different. Allan was very friendly and down-to-earth. He was very good about meeting us at closing time to test drive the vehicle. Sam was easy to negotiate with and sold me the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Kim was very nice and acted like someone you had always known. Going above and beyond my expectations, they made me a new key(which I'm sure wasn't cheap), floor mats, and washed, detailed, and touched up my Edge. They even filled it up with gas!!!! I was very impressed. If anyone is in the market for a Ford, make this your first stop. You will not be sorry. More

During the sales process, I dealt mainly with Kim Cecil. Kim is a "fellow" Thomasville Rotarian and a great example of Crescent Ford's community involvement. Although Kim is the Finance Officer for Crescent Ford, she's a good sales person as well. Kim took a lot of time with me during my decision making. She was very courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dealing with Kim and her associate, Wes Lipe. Wes extended the same professionalism and knowledge as did Kim. Kim brought in Barry Robinson to educate me in the workings of the computer system. Barry is an excellent teacher. He explained Ford Sync and all its different facets with patience...very appreciated I have enjoyed my experience with the service at Crescent Ford also. More

We had one of the best experience's ever at Crescent Ford. Our salesman David Martin was the best. We had our three young boys with us, and trying to buy a car and keep them at bay is normally a hair pu Ford. Our salesman David Martin was the best. He ordered Pizza, checked on us several times, cut up with boys. It was great. We were there for a while bc it was busy, but I can say in no way did I feel under pressure or just ready to go. A real family environment. I tell ya, I have never had a better experience with a salesman than with David. He is the Superman of salesman and a very genuine guy. I am normally Krptnoite to salesman, but David survived and put us in a awesome car.My next car will certainly be there. More
