All the staff we met (at least six! ) were very helpful with any questions we asked of them. We were not sure if we wanted to buy a previously owned Subaru or get a lease. Ed Bridges ex ) were very helpful with any questions we asked of them. We were not sure if we wanted to buy a previously owned Subaru or get a lease. Ed Bridges explained the pros and cons of both options very well. He kept checking up on us to see how we were doing in the process. This is my 5th Subaru I have purchased. The first Subaru I have ever leased. Thank you Ed for making the purchase less stressful. More

We just purchased a 2024 Forester limited. Accordingly, the crew at Fort Myers Subaru are exceptional. From Kim Green, who was our sales specialist, and provided excellent guidance, and knowle Accordingly, the crew at Fort Myers Subaru are exceptional. From Kim Green, who was our sales specialist, and provided excellent guidance, and knowledge of the product, Chez Gebhart who oversees the deal, and makes sure all of our concerns are addressed, and Matt Wooldridge, who is the business manager and takes care of the final finances, including an extended warranty, which we wanted. With the complexity of vehicles today, and we like to keep our vehicles for a while, it was a must that we get the extended warranty. Furthermore, Matt, Kim, and Chez answered any questions that we had at the day of sale and days later when some other questions came to mind. This is a great team, who cares about our concerns, and aim to make sure we are pleased, which made our vehicle purchase a great experience. Thanks all! More
