In my opinion, waiting close to two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. Also, when I exited my car, I asked that my tire pressure be checked when my tires were rotated. Upon leaving, I checked and both back tires were at 32 psi. That, so I understand it, is the lowest acceptable psi. By the time I got home, a 25-minute drive, one tire was still at 32 psi and one was at 33 psi. When I got home, I had to put air in my tires. Easy fixes like that should never be overlooked. More
