Poor communication from staff and received an oil change card in the mail, however, it was not honored at the service dept. The dealership was very friendly the service representative Kim was absolutely excellent the waiting room was very clean offered coffee and water the check out women were very nice . The car was cleaned before they gave it back to me they did a complete inspection of the car and listed some of the things that I needed to get accomplished which was a great help they fixed my maintenance issue very quickly and it's working perfectly. Recommended services and costs were not explained in detail or at all. Pricing was different than what was original told. There was also lack of communication on what they found out about the car. This was a significant step down from the previous management and the way they used to conduct services. They seemed to be pushing services that were not necessary with no explanation. I have been going for years when it was under Sutherlin, but do not plan on returning. More
