I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

I would also like to mention Dave Owens, one of the managers at Lou Sobh, who helped me with financing and took his time to explain all the ins and outs of the options open to me and also explained extended warranties and maintenance options based on my needs and what may be best for me! Once in the dealership, I worked with Thomas who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. I had previously visited a few other dealers looking at the Ridgeline and Thomas was the first person I worked with who actually knew about the Ridgeline and didn't seem to be flying by the seat of their pants. Making the deal was painless. We quickly found a price we could agree on and filled out the paperwork. Couldn't have been easier. This experience certainly set a new bar for how a car buying experience should be -- informatitive without pressure to purchase until you're ready. More

David Wikle, Service & Parts Director, made sure his mechanics and detail people left no stone unturned when going through all check points of the car before I left the Dealership.....I always have peace of mind knowing I can return to David Wikle if something concerns me.
