The service department takes too long to acknowledge new costumers because they are too busy chatting away with other employees. Also, when we ask to give a call back when there’s a rental available, they d costumers because they are too busy chatting away with other employees. Also, when we ask to give a call back when there’s a rental available, they didn’t bother calling back after a couple of days to ensure the customer that they didn’t forget them. It’s all highly inconvenient and the department is lacking common sense and etiquette. More

Kimberly is awesome. Explained every thing in detail about my service all the way. Although the mechanic that did my oil change did not send me the video I was told I w Explained every thing in detail about my service all the way. Although the mechanic that did my oil change did not send me the video I was told I would receive showing me that he went through the fluids, my hood was not shut all the way and the hood latches were put on backwards. This is not the first time. Grease was on my door. Very careless with my car. If I didn’t have free Oil changes I would not be using this garage. I’ve had nothing but problems with the manager Mike who talks to me like I am dumb. And because of the service I receive from the mechanics. I refuse to have my car (what they call washed) because it’s just sprayed and makes it look terrible. One time my tires were not rotated and they said they did. How can I trust my oil is really being changed? I take very good care of my car and when I have to ring it in for service I get very anxious bringing it to this garage. I will be taking somewhere else when my free oil changes are used. More

Kimberly was absolutely amazing and kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was being assessed and while my transmission was being replaced. From the diagnosis, to t the status of my vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was being assessed and while my transmission was being replaced. From the diagnosis, to the repair, took a shorter time then I thought would be necessary for such a fix and I am grateful to the mechanic/ mechanics who worked on my Rubicon. Such service and attentiveness to the customer is certainly indicative of Kimberly’s resolve to see that the customer is updated regularly, that there is competent mechanics, and that the service department in general is overseen by an excellent Manager. This dealership has it all. Thank you so much!!! More

The service on my vehicle was fine, but I had a bag of 20 dollars in quarters in my car which one of your employees took. I know I should have taken it out before having service done, but I forgot. Also my bill was supposed to have been paid with my points but Kimberly Lewis forgot to do that and I was billed for it on my card. This was not a very nice experience for this visit to your service department. More
