The online sales configurations for approximate payments was very convenient and helpful. Online sales staff was extremely helpful both through email and in person. Drove 6 hours round trip for the car and was very convenient and helpful. Online sales staff was extremely helpful both through email and in person. Financing office was also very helpful and clear with everything that was going on and helped to get the best deal possible and a low rate. Usually I can get the deal without having to leave and come back. I felt like I was dealing with someone that i never felt with before. Being this was my 4th vehicle with Greg LeBlanc, i felt i should h come back. I felt like I was dealing with someone that i never felt with before. Being this was my 4th vehicle with Greg LeBlanc, i felt i should have been given the BEST deal. Even after agreeing to a price, another sales manager called and offered me $500 more on my trade. THAT made me feel special, even after agreeing to a deal they went a step further. However when I went pick the car up, I was told that was a mistake and the $500 disappeared. So to say I will go back for my next vehicle, probably, but before this experience, I would have said definitely. Hopefully when a sales manager calls and makes a deal, even sweetening an already good deal, mistake or not, your word is your bond and you will honor that deal. I love the car and I like the deal I got. Would have lived the deal with the extra $500. More
