In the beginning, they were not transparent in their prices. They will charge you more than advertised price so beware and stand your ground. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience. They are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. They will definitely go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy after the purchase. This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I bought a gold certified used Corolla Hybrid LE. Biggest mistake of my life. The car only had one smart key, and I voiced my concerns to them severa I bought a gold certified used Corolla Hybrid LE. Biggest mistake of my life. The car only had one smart key, and I voiced my concerns to them several times that I wanted a spare key just in case. I have been buying cars since age 17 (1986) and they ALWAYS came with a minimum of 2 keys. They said that they would arrange for me to get a second key. Against my better judgment, I bought this xxx anyway. Well one week later, a light on the dash came on that the key fob battery needed changing. I rushed over to Centennial Toyota and they gave me a new battery free of charge. They are trying now to make me pay for and program the new key for hundreds of dollars. These people at David Wilson are dishonest and completely untrustworthy and will say ANYTHING to sell you a car. Please stay away from these shady people. You will be much better off at Centennial, Findlay, or AutoNation Toyota. Better yet if buying new, go to Toyota of Kirkland, WA. Great people and NO xx add on fees. If I decide to keep this car, I will purchase ALL service and parts at Centennial or AutoNation Toyota. More

This deal for me was a pretty good experience. The car was a lease return and only had one key. I expressed my concerns to them several times that I wanted a spare key just in case. They did actually step up to the plate and offered me a new programmed second key from the service department this Thursday. They are pretty easy to work with and they treat you well and follow through after the sale. It was a pleasant experience overall. This is an update to my original review. More
