Since then every time I have had the car serviced or checked, the staff from the front desk, service advisors and greeters have been courteous, understanding and committed to helping me. I have observed this with other customers as well. I will continue to use this dealership as my go to place!! More

Drew was very friendly and quick to get me set up with a loaner vehicle. Service was done timely, and I was informed of progress and additional findings from vehicle check. I have a 2008 328i coupe and Kuni helps me to keep it purring like a kitten. More

Wonderful experience Had a flat tire; service folks were so accommodating, got there without an appointment, but was able to fit me into their schedule. Unusually poor experience Got car there at 7 am. Took 40 minutes to get my loaner, which was an excellent car. However once I got the car on the road the low air light was on Got car there at 7 am. Took 40 minutes to get my loaner, which was an excellent car. However once I got the car on the road the low air light was on re the tires. Ended up late to my meeting. On the way back at 4pm was notified car had not been serviced. I live 350 miles out and had to leave for home the next morning. They did at my request get it done, but not the best visit. More
