My test drive was informative and pleasant. Laura stresses the importance of contacting her with any questions or concerns and she means it. After we completed my test drive, I knew I had found my car. Charles Scott quickly sealed the deal and I drove my beautiful new car home. What a great team to work with! Go see Sam for a car! Car buying is one of the most stressful situations in life. Not when you deal with Sam at Halleen. He got me a good deal and was so pleasant and nice Car buying is one of the most stressful situations in life. Not when you deal with Sam at Halleen. He got me a good deal and was so pleasant and nice to work with. I bought a used car but they treated me as if I was buying a new one that costs twice as much. Sam took the time to show me how to use the features and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Halleen highly. The other sales people that were there that day were friendly as well. The best car buying experience ever!my husband needed a new car for work,he drives alot every day.His uncle had purchased a Sportage in Florida a year The best car buying experience ever!my husband needed a new car for work,he drives alot every day.His uncle had purchased a Sportage in Florida a year ago and loves it,so we knew what we wanted to test drive,but as for buying we were hesitant because of another dealership that was too pushy and the salesperson continued to state"i have to talk to my manager"over and over..it's a sales ploy that does not stand to well with me....our worries dissipated quickly with the salesperson that took care of us.He thoroughly explained everything from A to Z while getting us the best deal and getting everything done quickly and efficiently,he was no nonsense which is what we wanted and hoped for.it was definitely well worth it and we will be back and I have already told family and friends about our very positive experience with Bryan megon.thankyou so much! More

Fantastic! I contacted and test drove a Forte on the far Eastside of Cleveland. They seemed that they did not want to make a deal on the car. Steve Stein was also terrific going over the details of the loan Hat off to all the stakk The experience was well the hour plus drive the West side to purchase my new car.
