This is a revision of my previous 4-star review in February. While our experience the night we purchased our car was very good, we've had the opposite experience since. Sport Subaru twice sent our l February. While our experience the night we purchased our car was very good, we've had the opposite experience since. Sport Subaru twice sent our loan payoff to the wrong address (I provided them with the correct one), causing me to pay an additional car payment. It took them 5 weeks and me managing the process to finally get the payoff to the correct location. They've now had an additional 3 weeks (8 weeks total since purchase) to get me the overpayment check they owe me, and while I've been assured it is being processed, I still do not have it and there has been a complete lack of urgency. Buying a car is almost NEVER easy but with the team at Sports Subaru, they made it extremely easy and well worth it. I spoke with Christine on the phone and when I got there Kris helped me out. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing at all. He even helped me return my rental after the purchase. If you’re looking for a car I would 10/10 recommend going to Subaru and seeing Kris! More

Overall, a very good and easy car buying experience with well-trained, service-oriented, pleasant people throughout, including Jon Frisby in finance. My only minor complaint would be the initial, very low, trade offer. Ultimately, that was corrected and we are very happy! More

I was just wanting to look and get pricing to comparison shop. However upon meeting Krishna Persaud, I changed my mind and purchased. His extensive knowledge and willingness to help us with no pressure to shop. However upon meeting Krishna Persaud, I changed my mind and purchased.
