Lori and Fernando were professional and knowledgeable and helped guide me in placing a order for a 2017. Car arrived exactly when they said it would. Now if they could only control the weather, it rained on my new car all the way home from the dealership... More

Complete Professionalism and Absolute Integrity I wanted to share my recent experience at Prestige BMW and what separates this dealership from others. While the physical building is very nice, it is all about the people and Prestige has assembled a terrific team. First and foremost, my salesperson, Lori Asserson, is truly best in class. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her product, she demonstrates absolute integrity and professionalism every step of the way, provides complete transparency and takes all the worry off the table. This is the second BMW I have gotten from Lori and I have consistently been impressed with her thoughtful and customer-focused approach during the entire sales process. She makes it very easy and very comfortable to make the purchase/lease with confidence. The team at Prestige seems uniformly excellent in my view. From Haley, the lease end inspection professional, to James Porrazzo, Finance Manager and an absolute pleasure to deal with, to Jim, another member of the Finance team who went out of his way to provide clarity around my program options without any undue pressure, to Dennis Clifford, my service advisor who always goes the extra mile for me, to Kristin Perwas, the Product Genius, who demonstrated complete professionalism and patience in taking me through all the features of my new vehicle, all of them were focused on providing me the best possible customer experience. Lori Asserson acts as the QB and ensures that each step of the process is performed at the highest standards and her standards are indeed quite high. In short, the Prestige Team treats its customers the way they would want to be treated: professionally, fairly, and thoughtfully. They are looking not for the "once and done" transaction but for the opportunity to build a relationship. So, if you are thinking about a BMW, I would recommend, without hesitation, that you seek out Lori Asserson and the Prestige Team. More

Gregg Scott called me to discuss my lease This is my third car purchase from Prestige BMW and by far this was the best sales experience out of the 3. Gregg Scott called me to discuss my lease options and we made an appointment for the following day. When we met he was very friendly, a great listener and willing to help. Overall I felt that he was on my side to make the experience a win-win. I made the decision that day without any pressure and was very pleased. I picked up the car 2 days later and was very happy to learn about the details and technology of the car by the rest of the team. Gregg even went out of the way to put the floor mats I purchased in the car for me. He called later that day to see how I liked the drive home. I would highly recommend working with Gregg and the team at Prestige BMW. Thanks again Gregg! More
