Simply amazing Had some emissions warranty work performed on my 12 g37x, gave me a loaner car. Work was finished far faster than expected, I could have hung out and Had some emissions warranty work performed on my 12 g37x, gave me a loaner car. Work was finished far faster than expected, I could have hung out and waited really. Later that night a stomach virus made itself known to me, couldn't return the car right away. Great and professional service I visited Nashua Service Department for engine oil/filter service and was politely greeted by Service Technician. In just a few minutes, I met with Ju I visited Nashua Service Department for engine oil/filter service and was politely greeted by Service Technician. In just a few minutes, I met with Justin Cairns who recommended wheels alignment based on the test results. Later, I met with Kristin MacNeil who informed me about couple car issues that Nashua Infiniti would cover under warranty. Substitute vehicle was provided and service was completed as promised. Overall, it was great, professional and pleasant experience! Thank you! More

Kristin kept me updated through the day, and when I came back to pick up my car the following day, again, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The car was beautifully clean, and drove like it was brand new. I love the cleanliness of service area, and the staff is phenomenal - helpful, mind, and they don't make me feel idiotic when I ask questions. Salespeople who work for the customers I used to be a loyal customer to Herb Chambers but gave this dealership a try one day and won’t go anywhere else.
