I am sorry I don't have the name of both people I worked with before. One person took met me when I arrived for my appointment and a different person checked me out. I am new to Buick and to Crown and I with before. One person took met me when I arrived for my appointment and a different person checked me out. I am new to Buick and to Crown and I asked lots of questions. Everyone was helpful. Kyle Kennedy's name is on my invoice. I got the first time free oil change and tire rotation. That was nice. Before I have talked with Kawnza and Robin explaining I have low mileage and when they first contacted me about an oil change I was not ready. They were both helpful and answered my questions. the oil change was quick. More
