ok-nothing to brag aboutand this review is a waste of time. They lost one of the keys, and a service tech told my wif that most people only had one key. A blatant lie. There seems to be a communication gap between the front desk and the mechanics. Information relayed to the front desk isn't effectively communicated to the mechanics. They don't currently have a system fo desk and the mechanics. Information relayed to the front desk isn't effectively communicated to the mechanics. When I got home after my oil change, there was oil dripping on my drive way. So I had to return to the dealer to have them check it out. They determined the tech didn’t clean off the oil that spilled dripping on my drive way. So I had to return to the dealer to have them check it out. They determined the tech didn’t clean off the oil that spilled when refilling it. So, I had to waste an hour of my time to take it back to the dealership to get it checked out, as well as spend time an money trying to get the oil stain off my driveway. They apologized, but you think they would have offered a complimentary oil change or two for the inconvenience and my time. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. More
