It was fairly easy to make an appointment but because it was a recall, had to be done by phone. Didn’t like the steps I had to go through. The unfortunate part about this dealership is it’s hard to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. Due to the virtual appointment set up I ran into a frustrating situation where I was told the r to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. Due to the virtual appointment set up I ran into a frustrating situation where I was told the rear of the vehicle needs to be empty for oil changes. I could’ve had that done had someone let me know. The service goes fairly quickly which is good. I’ve only waited at most 1.5 hours the last few times. I appreciate the videos the technician takes and transparency of the dealership. More

I paid for my vehicle two days ago, I was told it would be delivered. I am sitting home with the flu and I guess now I have to find a way to Burnsville to pick up my vehicle!
