Ben is super helpful and great with communication. I love the videos they send of the car, too. Informative, friendly, quick and helpful. The dealer had me fill out a credit application even though I had already gotten my financing through my bank. This was saturday afternoon by monday when I went to start my new car, it was dead and woul though I had already gotten my financing through my bank. This was saturday afternoon by monday when I went to start my new car, it was dead and would not start. Had it towed back to dealer and did not resolve the issue until wednesday. Not the best experience. But the sales person was friendly, I can say he was good about the experience, the dealer not so much. More

Very clean and organized. Several problems have not been solved for either of my leased Subarus. Ignition security locks and car won’t start. They didn’t know why. Happened ag Several problems have not been solved for either of my leased Subarus. Ignition security locks and car won’t start. They didn’t know why. Happened again two days after my servicing. We found a video from Tucson Subaru, explaining the problem and were able to get the car started. Also, the eyesight goes off randomly and dings with an error message that it is not working. Very annoying! More
