My salesman was not informed but he was more than willing to ask questions so he could answer my questions. He was friendly and helpful. Finance was friendly and informative. I was looking for a beer vehicle, particularly an SUV. And approximately 7 friends, acquaintances told me that they had purchased their vehicles at Ben Davis and that they were great to work with and poli And approximately 7 friends, acquaintances told me that they had purchased their vehicles at Ben Davis and that they were great to work with and polite, helpful in every way possible and would buy a car from them again. So I googled them and went through the inventory they had and approximate 2 days later I was driving off in my new SUV! Great people to work with. All salesmen passing by the desk I I was sitting at all spoke and asked how Zibwas doing. All extremely polite and respectful employees. And when I left they all said goodbye, have a great day and thanked me for stopping in. IUfvI ever decide to get another vehicle, I will definitely go back to Ben Davis and Ibwill absolutely recommend them!!! More

It was alright but the sales person I was dealing with was dealing with two people at the same time so I felt like we didnt have the service we needed and two he did but the sales person I was dealing with was dealing with two people at the same time so I felt like we didnt have the service we needed and two he didnt listen to me on what kind of car I wanted to drive off in. He didnt give me much options that day either. More
