A great experience working with RBM of Alpharetta and particularly with the sales rep (Kyle Edson). This is our first MB vehicle, and my wife and I spent min 4 months exploring other dealerships (both ar particularly with the sales rep (Kyle Edson). This is our first MB vehicle, and my wife and I spent min 4 months exploring other dealerships (both around Atlanta and outside GA) before finalizing with Kyle. I have never been treated so well, with so much respect and genuine caring as I was at RBM. I cannot sing their praises enough. We started our Mercedes Benz journey in February of 2023. Our dealer Kyle Edson was the greatest of help. But, Kyle remained chill and worked through with us helping us narrow down our one choice. After we ordered our car, we made some changes. Kyle helped us edit our order. Another three months later we finally took delivery. It was smooth as silk. Thanks to Kyle, we were very happy leaving the dealership with a smile on our faces. Over these 6 months, I understood how hard Kyle works to make his customers extremely happy and satisfied. A hundred out of five stars. Thank you, Kyle! More

I recently was in a head on collision in my Mercedes 250 CLA. To say the car (and the Man upstairs) literally saved my life would be an understatement. All of the rescue workers at the scene said that the car protected me and did exactly what it was supposed to do. The car was totaled, but I'm here. My family has purchased several vehicles from RBM Alpharetta over the past few years, and Kyle E. has always been our person. But in this situation, he went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the support in finding another car and very quickly. He even drove my new car to my home for me, since I couldn't drive. He had shared my accident with everyone at the dealership, and when I walked in to purchase another car, he and many others greeted me with a hug. This is a special dealership, and I'll be a Mercedes girl for the rest of my life:) Kyle is an exceptional representative for Mercedes, and as long as he is there, my family will keep coming back.
