After initially locating few cars on the internet, Omid Shayeganpour (Direct Sales Manager) was readily available by telephone to answer questions and set up an appointment for viewing the vehicles. He helped me through the whole process from start to finish. I was impressed with the level of effort Mr. Shayeganpour went to when selecting the best yet most affordable car for me. I was impressed with the service at this dealership. The other really good part of the experience was getting a small discount on the price of a model, for which dealers cannot meet the demand. However, dealing with Finance was not pleasant for me because of the attempts to sell extra warranties, add-on services, etc. The Finance rep was professionally courteous and was just doing what he'd been instructed to do. Overall we are satisfied with the buying experience. More

The agent who was supposed to meet with us was with another customer at that time, and he referred us to his colleague, Jessica. So, we knew exactly who to look for and everybody and everything we encountered were above our expectations!. We were greeted by Jessica and she immediately started working on helping me to get the car that I needed. I had a few requests and restrictions. Jessica diligently worked with us and found the car that matched my needs, my budget , and I love the way it looks! Buying a car is never a quick deal. Everybody knows that.
