I found a car I loved and was ready to buy until the finance guy came over. He was super misogynistic talking down to me and basically telling me the that unless I financed through him I was doing it wr finance guy came over. He was uneducated in the type of loan I had and was unwilling to listen to me or work with me at all unless I was going to finance through them. They also had promised me yesterday that they would hold the car for a week with a deposit and then today they were unwilling to do that. There was no customers in the store when I was there and now I understand why. Save your time and money and stay away from that shady finance guy!!! More

My 3rd Subaru purchased, and 2nd one at Faulkner. Just a great buying experience from them. From the start of the process when I inquired online all the way to buying and then follow-up, they were true and great buying experience from them. I had many Subaru dealers a lot closer to where I live, but I chose Faulkner because they show they care and the buying experience was actually pleasant. I visited this dealership about 10 years ago and I had a terrible experience. The sales person had no idea what he was selling and I had a high pressure sales pitch from a manager. My experience was totally different this time. I submitted an internet request and I was contacted promptly. Dylan arranged for the test driving of two cars that I was interested in purchasing. He knows the cars and was able to share his knowledge about both cars. Great experience with the team this time!!! Low pressure-great communication and a positive buying experience. I highly recommend working with Dylan and the finance manager Kyle. My car was detailed and Dylan spent time going through all of the settings and options with the car. Full tank of gas- summer and winter car mats too. During these uncertain times with COVID, the dealership takes safety precautions seriously. Morgan was excellent! She had a thorough knowledge of the car and quickly answered three questions that I had about my new Forester. She was friendly. I did not feel rushed in any way. Kyle M. explained all of the car's features in a straightforward manner and was available for my questions via multiple phone calls. Kyle S. explained the finance part of the deal in a very straightforward manner and he was very thorough as well. I give 5 stars to Kyle Manley, Kyle Sedlock, and Morgan. The dealership should be very proud of these employees. They are all top notch in my book. And I love the Forester Limited! More

Dylan and Kyle were easy to work with. Dylan is easy to talk to while waiting for the paperwork to be processed. Nothing was too much bother for anyone-everyone spoke to us and several members asked if we would like water or anything. We test drove 2 vehicles and each one had to be brought over, and it was all done with a smile. Dylan really knew the product line and was able to answer all of our questions and there was no sales pressure or game playing. More
