The second I paid for the used car in full, I wish I just took the refund they offered just a few days later. All the promises they made were tossed aside as they failed to deliver the car on time, expected took the refund they offered just a few days later. All the promises they made were tossed aside as they failed to deliver the car on time, expected me to buy 4 new tires because they couldn’t find the correct brand to replace the flat (which my mechanic found the nail in), and gave me the car without detailing, so the inside was never professionally cleaned and none of the scratches were buffed out. With all of this they admitted they messed up and even cut me a $300 check to just make me go away, but the delays in delivery forcing me to Uber and the professional cleaning I’ll have to do, costs much more than $300 and they know it. So essentially once I paid for the car in full, they stopped helping me or standing by their promises, and after enough pestering from me they gave me $300 to essentially go away. The only reason I never took the refund was the car was in that good of mechanical condition on it’s own (driven in the South so no rust and low miles), if anything the car sold itself and all they did was give me reasons not to buy. Go literally anywhere else, or risk the same nightmare that I suffered for 3 weeks and never got resolved More

This has been THE WORST used car buying I have ever experienced. I bought a 2016 Chevy Tahoe on 9/3/22. I am in NH so they were to meet me at my town hall to transfer plates and vehicles. It needed new experienced. I bought a 2016 Chevy Tahoe on 9/3/22. I am in NH so they were to meet me at my town hall to transfer plates and vehicles. It needed new coolant lines and front and rear brakes. Could not get the vehicle until 9/12 as they were supposedly fixing everything. The runner was to meet me at noon in Strafford, NH. At noon he called me to tell me he was there, only he was at the town hall in Stratham, NH. About 45 minutes away. We did the paperwork and switched plates. I took the Tahoe. Was only a few miles down the road when I realized the AC was not working! I called the runner and he said he would call dealership. What would have made sense would be for him to take the Tahoe back and let me keep the Jeep until it was fixed. It's 1 1/2 hours for me to the dealership. Finally got a manager on the line. They are sending a runner tomorrow with a loaner and taking the Tahoe. Who knows when I will get the Tahoe back! Unbelievable. More

Called dealership on a used vehicle and they told me it was at another lot and could have it down here the next day and they did! Didn't lie to me and told me all the pricing upfront, great place to do bus was at another lot and could have it down here the next day and they did!
