Our Spur required an extensive body and undercarriage repair and "Ryan" initially setup everything and began the parts supply chain process ~200 miles from the actual repair site. Along with Ryan, "Kyle" continued to coordinate and ship parts as they were determined to be needed. This "distance-repair" supply chain was seamless and quite impressive regarding the logistical challenges that were presented between Charlotte and Augusta.
