From the moment I walked in cold -- with no appointment -- I was immediately greeted and sitting down with a competent and professional saleswoman (Kirsten Changa) who quickly and quietly arranged for a test drive. No hype. No high-pressure sales. Just honest, knowledgeable attention to my needs and inquiries. Everyone I dealt with and could see going about their business exuded an air of competence, honesty, and forthrightness so utterly refreshing and confidence-inspiring (and, unfortunately, abysmally absent at most other car dealerships). They all were totally present when dealing with me, and answered my questions and educated me in things I didn't understand in a kind and respectful manner. Of course, I ended up buying the vehicle I test drove, and so very thankfully, without all the stress and angst that usually accompanies such an expensive purchase. My heartfelt thanks to DeNooyer for demanding and creating such a fine, professional staff who demonstrate with their daily actions the true meaning of honest, capable, professional service.
