Pleasant Experience I am 55 years old, and believe it or not, this is the first new automobile I have purchased. I have horrible credit, and I heard an ad on the radio sa I am 55 years old, and believe it or not, this is the first new automobile I have purchased. I have horrible credit, and I heard an ad on the radio saying that was not a problem at Riverchase Kia. So I went in expecting a gimmick, but came out with pleasantly surprised. The sales staff and finance department worked with me and were able to put me into a brand new Kia Soul, despite having a horrific credit score. Thank you Lamar, Don, and Jeff! More

Great service!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A CAR DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!! I drove over an hour to this dealership intending on buying a vehicle . Called ahead of time to let them know I was coming. When i got there I sto I drove over an hour to this dealership intending on buying a vehicle . Called ahead of time to let them know I was coming. When i got there I stood there 15 mins before anyone talked to us and and to bring the car around I wanted to look at. They were not friendly AT ALL. Most salesman talked your head off this one did not say much at all or at least try to act interested in selling me a car. My friend who went with me asked questions to the salesman and manager. Just general questions. I guess they did not like his comments or questions because they literally brushed us off and acted like they didn't want to deal with us the whole time we were there. Needless to say i went 5 miles to another dealer and bought a brand new 2017 vehicle. Do not go to this dealership. WASTE OF TIME. It was a very very uncomfortable experience. More

We Bought a KIA Soul from Teddy Frye One of my friends recommended me to Riverchase KIA because it was time to trade in my FORD Freestar SES van and did need a good deal on a new vehicle. One of my friends recommended me to Riverchase KIA because it was time to trade in my FORD Freestar SES van and did need a good deal on a new vehicle. My friend told me who turn to---Lamar Black. Once getting there, I told Mr. Black who my friend was and did hit it off. Even though he was with another customer at the time and still wanted our service, Mr. Black did introduce my husband and I to Teddy Frye, another top notch sales representative. Mr. Frye was incredibly knowledgeable with what I was wanting in a vehicle, worked with us to make sure that we did receive a good deal, stayed on top and worked hard every step of the way and made sure our payments were reasonable. He was very professional during the process and when we finished with the whole process, he came out to our new vehicle and explained all the details with the set up of our I Phones, all of the buttons in the front and all of other parts in our vehicle. Thank you not only to Teddy Frye, who made us feel at home during the whole process from start to finish, but to Lamar Black, the sales representative that my friend used to get her vehicle as well. Both of them are a great team!!! I would recommend the both of them to my friends if they want to purchase a vehicle!!! Great job!!! More
