Great experience at BMW of Shrewsbury, as always. I am always able to get a timely appointment. The staff is always helpful. Showroom is pleasant and Service waiting area is really nice. Most importantly - the Service Adviser I work with, Lance G. is exceptional. He: - really knows his stuff - he was a former service technicians, so knows the in's-out's of these cars - great attitude - fair - responsive - timely Could not be any better. He should be the prototype for Service reps at all car makers. More
